The SeaI/O-470E-OEM module is an advanced Ethernet I/O interface with 8 differential or 16 single-ended 12-bit A/D inputs. These inputs are software-selectable across 0-5V, 0-10V, +/-5V, and +/-10V ranges, and each channel can be configured for measuring 4-20mA current loops. The module also provides 2 12-bit D/A outputs, which can be jumper-selectable for either 0-5V or 0-10V output ranges.
In addition to A/D and D/A capabilities, the SeaI/O-470E-OEM includes 8 optically isolated inputs, rated for 5-30VDC, and protected with 300V external isolation, ensuring high noise immunity in industrial environments. The 8 open-collector outputs are designed to sink up to 580mA, perfect for controlling 24V devices.
Communication with the module is achieved via Modbus TCP over Ethernet, providing easy remote control and monitoring. Integration is simplified with SeaMAX API drivers, compatible with Windows and Linux platforms.
The module is powered by 9-30VDC and features removable screw terminals for easy wiring. The Sealevel Modbus Connect app for iOS enables remote access to I/O data, ideal for field testing and troubleshooting.
